About Carter Mountain
Majestic terrain and topography throughout. Carter Mountain consists of the original Carter Mountain on the east side of 259, and multiple phases of Carter Mountain West (of course on the west side of Hwy 259). Carter Mountain is a treat to say the least! The East “Original” phase is mostly complete and built out, although the West Phases have really just begun. Many new construction cabins here are still in the works. Carter Mountain is near the northern extent of Hochatown’s construction, yet not too far away from the shops and restaurants. Get to the lake within 10-15 minutes from Carter Mountain. Enjoy jaw dropping views for miles, from within Carter Mountain.
