This policy explains how information submitted on this website is handled. We only ask for information that helps us respond to your real estate inquiry.
What we collect
When you use a contact form or ask the digital guide to pass along a note, we collect the name, email address, optional phone number, interests, and message you choose to provide. A chat handoff may also include recent conversation context so we can understand your question. The chat interface uses browser session storage to keep the conversation available during your visit. We also retain the landing page, referring domain, and campaign tags in session storage and attach them to an inquiry you submit. We record your consent timestamp and the version of the contact-consent notice. Aggregate page views and phone, email, and search clicks are counted without visitor identifiers; these counts are not unique visitor measurements.
How we use it
We use inquiry details to respond, keep track of requests, and improve our service. Inquiries are stored in a protected database. Authorized team members may export inquiry records for follow-up and legitimate business recordkeeping, and those files should be kept secure. We do not sell contact information or use your inquiry to send unrelated marketing messages. Basic server logs and short-term anti-spam limits may process technical request information.
Digital guide and service providers
The guide can answer common questions using site information. If an AI provider is configured, chat messages may be sent to that provider to generate a response; otherwise, the guide uses built-in responses. If email notification or an automation webhook is configured, inquiry details may be shared with those services so the team can receive and manage your request. Videos embedded from YouTube can cause your browser to contact YouTube when the player loads. The interactive map loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap, which receives technical request information. External listing providers and Google Maps may process information if you choose to follow their links. Google Places and AirDNA may provide area-level business and market data, not information about you. When the optional REDX intake is switched on, prospect contact details sent through an approved CRM/automation may be stored in the private lead inbox; no automated message is sent to those prospects. Integration credentials are stored encrypted in the private dashboard and are not sent to visitors. These integrations are used only when enabled by the site owner.
Choices and contact
You can contact Chance directly by phone instead of using a form or chatbot. To ask about your information or request its removal, call (214) 984-7844. We retain inquiry information only as needed to handle requests and legitimate business records. We may update this policy when the site or its integrations change.
